Flight is a Unique Dining Experience. They offer private dining in their Wine Cellar which includes a private entrance, right outside the front door of the main restaurant. This door will lead you and your guests to your own private floor with wait staff, restrooms and full bar.

Private Dining in the Wine Cellar available for groups of 5-120. Off menu ordering is available for 5-14, sit down dinners with a set menu for parties of 15-100 guests, as well as cocktail buffets. Set menus are a 3 course meal consisting of a salad, 3 small entrees (a Flight), and one dessert. Numerous beverage options available. No rental or facility fees. Complimentary valet.

- There is a $1,200 food and beverage minimum Sunday-Thursday evenings and $2,500 minimum on Friday and Saturday.
- A 9.25% sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to the bill at the end of the evening.
