This upscale event venue resort like facility, on five acres of park-like grounds has sweeping vistas of the entire Rogue Valley, many waterfalls, tennis court, croquet lawn, and a pond surrounded by majestic weeping willows. Three large patios allow for any event to move, taking advantage of the beautifully landscaped grounds and views. Thousands of perennials grace the gardens and the pond has an adjacent 45’x30’ lighted terrace. There are also several ceremony locations to choose from including our newest with 2 waterfalls disappearing under your feet. The 30'X30' tented Biergarten can be fully enclosed and heated. There are 2 outdoor rest rooms and 2 event changing rooms available. There is plenty of parking for weddings of up to 200 people on site. This property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and has a rich history in the Rogue Valley. It is located just a short 5 minutes drive from the Rogue Valley Mall, and Interstate Highway 5, in the West foothills, at 3347 Old Stage Road.

Up to 150 person outdoor events $3,500 for grounds only. Each booking has exclusive use of all three venue areas for their event. Our covered space can accommodate up to 150 guests. Event fees are based on Time of year, time of day, number of quests and number of event hours (min 2 / max 6) The Willow Pond Terrace is a 30' X 45' lighted space surrounded by hanging baskets and planters next to a koi pond with water fountains and a "floating" pergola. The Great Lawn is a 45' X 80' garden space featuring a Domed Palladium supported by 4 Fluted Columns at the end of a 65' long bride's approach walkway. The Biergarten Tent is a 45' X 45' covered space with 2 dance floor areas, next to a large stone fireplace under a cascading waterwall and firepit. The Hammer Beam ceiling is highlighted by fairy lights throughout the tent.
