2021/2022 pricing Sunday thru Friday $3900.00 Saturdays $4200.00to 3500.00 Wedding coordinator required they venue list only. $1000.00 non-refundable/non-transferable retainer due to hold the date. That is applied towards venue rental fee. Seating for 171 in our outdoor reception area and seating for up to 199 in our outdoor ceremony area. Our barn holds 150 for a ceremony and 90 to 120 for reception. Everything for the barn would need to be rented. (tables and chairs)
