It is located on the site of the old Benicia Arsenal, and it has a lot of character and interesting history. In fact, It is rumored that Mexican General Vallejo surrendered California to the U.S. Military on this very spot (but, sorry I can't confirm that). Your rental includes large dining Ballroom, a bar and socializing area, both indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and a pretty courtyard with lawn and fountain.
