The property, formerly the Alonzo Ward Hotel, was completely reconstructed in 2008, and now includes 15 luxury condominiums, a classic Italian restaurant, a bar, an upscale women’s boutique and a recording studio. The authentically restored 1928 Crystal Ballroom, located on the second floor, is unparalleled in the region.
