The Lion and the Rose Bed & Breakfast is a stunning Queen Anne home in Asheville, NC offering an intimate and peaceful setting for your destination wedding.

Our historic property is located within walking distance of downtown Asheville and a few miles from the Biltmore Estate. There are four elegantly decorated rooms and a large suite with private balcony on the top floor.

This beautiful 1898 pink lady is uniquely decorated with antiques, period-style furnishings and Persian rugs. The high ceilings, four fireplaces, original golden oak and stained glass windows create a stunning environment.

The inn is nested in a lush park-like setting with a terraced lawn, private gardens, large wraparound porch and backyard fire pit. Modern amenities such as private baths, gourmet breakfast, free wifi, cable TV/DVD players, luxury linens, custom robes, complimentary lighted off street parking, a 24 hour guest pantry with snacks and soft drinks, and warm hospitality invite you to feel right at home.

Our elopement package, Mountain Bliss, offers a simple, intimate ceremony with several beautiful indoor and outdoor locations. Couples can choose to get married in front of one of our magnificent fireplaces, on the front veranda or next to our private gardens.

Please note that our inn can only accommodate up to 12. This package allows for a small wedding, elopement or vow renewal with 2-12 people in attendance. We can offer a discount for those who rent the entire inn on weekdays (excludes weekends, public holidays and the month of October).
