The Link Event and Recreation Center Fort Worth, Texas

The Link can accommodate up to 220 guests for banquets, weddings, meetings, birthdays, and other private events. Amenities include but are not limited to tables & chairs, audio / visual equipment provided, kitchen space available, table linens available, outdoor area included, and more. Renters must be at least 18 years of age. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event date. Non-profit groups must present proof of 501c3 status prior to making a reservation to receive discount. Each room holds approximately 60 guests seated at round banquet tables (10 at each). If the event is after hours, no other events are happening simultaneously, and all three rooms are already used, we are happy to open the lobby air walls for more overflow space. All three Community Rooms have access to an outdoor patio space included in the rental price.

The Link Event and Recreation Center has 3 Community Rooms for rentable space. The 3 rooms are divided by an air wall that can open the rooms into larger combined spaces. The Link charges hourly rates listed below during NON-PEAK times (Monday - Thursday all day, Friday - Sunday before Noon) $50/hr - 1 Room $90/hr - 2 Rooms $125/hr - 3 Rooms The Link charges hourly rates listed below during PEAK times (Friday - Sunday from Noon - Midnight) $55/hr - 1 Room $100/hr - 2 Rooms $140/hr - 3 Rooms Additional amenities can be added for the prices associated: Kitchen - $50 one time fee Setup - $25/room Breakdown - $50/room Table Linens - $12 each Chair Covers - $1.75 each Projector - $50 one time fee Podium - $30 one time fee Any rental that goes past the normal operating hours of The Link will incur a $15/hr staffing charge.
