ROOM RENTAL FEE includes use of venue for a 3-hour event, 3 hours of load-in, 2 hours of load-out. Also included is event staff, post event cleaning and in-house furniture as available. Rates are subject to change. EVENT STAFF included in Room Rental Fee and includes event manager, house crew and security staff for a 3-hour event. Additional staff quoted as needed @ $20.00 per hour, per staff member based on event needs. POLICE & MEDICAL are additional based on event needs and number of guests. PRODUCTION FEE includes use of house sound and lights system, production manager, and house technicians based on selected room. Additional fees based on band rider, timeline and enhanced security needs. FOOD & BEVERAGE: Catering to be arranged with one of our preferred caterers. Bar service and staffing arranged by venue based on event needs. Bar Minimum can be reached via hosted or cash bar. If hosted bar, 21% Administrative Fee will apply.
