Our Gallery is perfect for events and productions of all sizes.
Our space has accommodated everything from music videos and films to large after hour parties.
The space is separated into a North and South gallery. The galleries can be partitioned off further, making it easy for guests to use a smaller area if desired. Dressing rooms and additional break our rooms are available as add-ons in our main building connected to the warehouse.

Security Fee: M-F 9pm-5pm: No charge for the first guard M-F 5pm-4am: Required Sat-Sun: Required 1 security guard is required for every 75 guests. Charged at $30/hr per guard Event Insurance Requirement: A certificate of insurance for bodily injury and property damage liability protection in a combined single limit amount of no less than $1,000,000 is required with each rental. We'd recommend using TheEventHelper.com to secure your insurance. Please list the following as an additional insured party on the COI. Please ensure that host liquor liability coverage is included if you will have alcohol on site. Please inquire with the team to confirm names of Additional Insured for your policy. All bookings will be required to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form for the purpose of possible damages to the space. A refundable damage deposit may also be required.
