The Borland Theater: (approx. 14,000 sq. ft.) A comfortable, fully automated, 500-seat theatre-style auditorium with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities and flexible, retractable seating that allows for a variety of seating options and uses. Will be able to accommodate ranging from concerts, theater productions, chamber music, recitals, speaking/seminars, weddings, etc. Equipped with a green room, rehearsal space and dressing rooms.

Community Hall (Banquet Facility): (approx. 6,000 sq. ft.) This space serves as both a banquet hall with kitchen and an activity/meeting center. There are five suites to accommodate events, meetings, seminars/conferences and receptions from 50 to 500.
