Wanting to get married in paradise? Look no further than our lovely Sunset Beach Pavilion. Sunset Beach Pavilion is directly on the beach, vending area, restrooms, showers, playground, beach wheelchair, handicap accessible facility, shaded open-air picnic area.

Rental Rates (50% refundable security deposit required to reserve Sunset Beach Pavilion), payment in full due 2-weeks prior.

Non-Residents: $75/hour (plus tax) rental Monday to Thursday (minimum 2-hour rental). $150/hour (plus tax) rental Friday thru Sunday (minimum 4-hour rental). Available Hours: 8am – 10pm. +$200 Applies to Premium Dates and Federal Holidays. Residents of the City of Treasure Island Save $100 on the rental of the pavilion.

Overtime Fee $150.00 (plus tax) per hour. (Overtime applies to rentals at the Beach Pavilion outside of the scheduled operational hours exceeding the six-hour rental period).

Parking passes distributed on day of. Parking at the Black Skimmer lot is included with the rental of the Sunset Beach Pavilion.
