Minimim price for 100 guests: $ 2,000

The Lakeview Room: For parties with 35-75 guests and requires a room fee of $100 Monday-Thursday and $200 Friday-Sunday. The room fee holds the date and pays for the space and must be in the form of cash or check. Monday-Thursday the food/drink minimum is $400, but if the event is Friday-Sunday the food/drink minimum is $800. All food orders must be placed two weeks in advance. The Clocktower Room: Seats up to 35 guests and requires a room fee of $50 Monday-Thursday and $100 Friday-Sunday. This room fee holds the date and pays for the space and must be in the form of cash or a check. Monday-Thursday there is no food/drink minimum, but if the event is Friday-Sunday the food/drink minimum is $500. All food must be purchased from our catering menu.
