Security Deposit: $350 due at contract signing
Rental Fee: rates are per person based on party size and type

We do NOT offer a cash bar option

Rental fee includes:
4 full hours for event plus 2 additional hours for set up
Floor set up and use of tables and chairs
One bartender
Use of kitchen facility (you must provide all cookware, utensils, plates, napkins and flatware)

Additional fees/services:
Trash disposal fee (see contract for details): $50.00
Linen Fee: $4.00 each
Holiday bookings – please call for details

Additional set up or event hours:
$100 per additional set up hour.
$350 per additional event hour for non alcoholic events only.
For additional hours to extend alcoholic events, please discuss with the hall manager.

Additional Hall Staffing:
Bartender for non alcoholic events in excess of 100 guests: $50
Bartender for events serving alcohol in excess of 75 guests: $75
Monitor for non alcoholic events in excess of 100 guests: $65
Monitor for events serving alcohol in excess of 75 guests: $65
