Security Deposit: $400 due at contract signing
Rental Fee: rates are per person based on party size and type
We do NOT offer a cash bar option, however, if having alcohol at your event you must obtain a One-day Liquor License from the Anne Arundel County Board of Liquor Licensing
Rental fee includes:
4 full hours for event, plus 2 additional for set up immediately preceding your event time, plus 1 hour after event to cleanup.
Floor set up and use of tables and chairs.
Use of kitchen facility (you must provide all cookware, utensils, plates, napkins and flatware)
Additional fees/services:

Additional set up or event hours:
$50 per additional set up hour for setup time.
$150 per additional event hours for non alcoholic events only.
$250 per additional hours to extend alcoholic events.
