Upon your guests arrival they will be greeted by our uniform valet. Our hostess will greet you at the door and guide your guests to the Cocktail Hour Room of your choice. Your guests will find themselves either in The Atrium, a 30' high glass enclosed garden that is filled with plants and a Roman Fountain, or the Grand Crestwood Room with its hand carved granite bar and music playing from your very own pianist.

When you arrive your limo will pull up to our Grand Entrance and be escorted up the elevator to your own Bridal Room Suite. There will be a hostess and waiter awaiting your arrival. The Bridal Party will have all the amenities as well as the beverages and cuisine provided to your guests at the cocktail hour.

Our reception rooms at the Excelsior, the Florentine Room & the Le Versailles Room, with their oversized granite dance floors and crystal chandeliers, are set up with fine china, glassware, and silver. Our fully trained staff will take your guests order from the customized menu you have created!


Every affair is coordinated by a Maitre'D who will anticipate all your guests needs. The owners will oversee all aspects of your special day. Our chefs will create bountiful masterpieces, that will contribute to make your affair unique.
