The location in Conroe opened in early 2014 and has been one of the best little-known Gems in the Conroe area. It has some of the Best Views you can find and then there are the airplanes. It is in the Highly Rated, Galaxy FBO building at the end of Runway 14-32. It is perched on the 3rd floor and boast a great patio and Floor to Ceiling windows, so not to obstruct your views of the planes.
Banquet Opportunities
Along with our regular dinning we also can accommodate those special occasions and parties. We have the Aeronautical Rodeo Banquet room that can hold up to thirty guests. This room is used during our normal business hours to give you the Privacy you and your guest are looking for.
After Hours Banquets
We can also utilize the entire restaurant for Banquets during non-business hours and evenings. The restaurant can hold up to 150 guests and can be arranged any way you like. This could be for Receptions, Rehearsals, Weddings, Galas, Christmas Parties, or any Special event you can think of.

We are open Tuesday - Sunday 8-3PM. During business hours we have a banquet room that holds up to 32 guest. After business hours, you can utilize the whole restaurant for your banquet with seating up to 150 guest. Our Restaurant is on the Third Floor over looking the airport with Floor to Ceiling views.

Minimim price for 100 guests: $ 2,000

Food and Beverage Minimums, Deposits A credit card is required to reserve a banquet room. Room charges, food and beverage minimums do not include tax or gratuity. Additional charges may apply if you can’t commit to this minimum. A $200 refundable deposit is required for all parties. As long as the event is canceled 7 days prior, we will refund the deposit. Service Food is served buffet style with a server on hand. An 18% gratuity will be added to the bill. The number of servers will be determined by the size of the party. Beverages All alcoholic beverages including wine and beer are charged based on consumption and are in addition to the per person menu pricing. We cannot accept wine or spirits purchased elsewhere to be brought into our establishment. All beverages are based on in house menu pricing. Any partial bottles of wine that have been paid for may be recorked and taken home at the end of your event.
