All guests will receive preset personalized menus with the bride and groom's name, wedding date, and complete menu offerings with full entree descriptions! Each table will be served individually and completed before moving on to the next table.

Tom Scaramellino, owner of Crystal Bay, personally commits to each bride and groom and their families that he will be on site on your wedding day to back up his company's commitment. He promises to you as the owner to oversee all aspects and ensure our high standard of excellence in everything we do. Additionally, Tom will greet your guests' tables and check on your guests' satisfaction with their dinners and offer seconds personally to all tables. And to make you even more confident in Crystal Bay, full payment is not required until the conclusion of your wedding.
