40 & 8 Club Shreveport, Louisiana

Located on Cross Lake in Shreveport, the 40/8 Club, or the Chateau du Lac as it’s known to its members, has been dedicated to serving the needs of the local community as a venue for amusement, business and recreation since its founding in 1928. In addition to the two spacious rooms, one of which is equipped with a stage, our clubhouse has a large outdoor patio with a view of Cross Lake and a large screened barbeque grilling hut (chef and charcoal not provided!). We welcome your interest in our clubhouse and hope to be the venue you choose for your next party, reception, meeting or reunion!

Minimim price for 100 guests: $ 500

The building rental is $500.00 plus a $200.00 damage deposit. A $250.00 fee for security provided by two deputy sheriffs is also required. You may also elect to pay an optional $100.00 fee for assistance with facilities set up and post-event clean up.
