Wave Street Studios is a one-of-a kind, Eco Modern venue in the heart of historic Cannery Row that offers a special setting for weddings, private parties, corporate events and live performances. Tranquil beauty abounds in this handmade building with copper doors, heated concrete benches, rock walls and succulent garden patio with waterfall, providing an intimate indoor/outdoor space for comfortably seating up to 150 guests. You can bring your own caterer and alcohol and we do not charge a service or corkage fee. Wave Street Studios' professional recording studio can livestream events/weddings and its soundproof building with sprung dance floor allows guests to dance the night away. This venue also offers an on-site bungalow for guests who want to relax the night before or have extra space and privacy.
