Each event is treated separately and accommodated to make your ideas a reality. Bar setup is available: The bar is optional for your event. We have a variety of drink packages to choose from. Whether its a cash bar, open bar or offering drink tickets to your guests we have you covered. Parking: There are a number of Public Parking Spaces within a 2 block radius of Vintage Venue. Catering and Food: Colleen’s Catering is the preferred vendor for any group that has their function at Vintage Venue. The kitchen will not be open for any group to use. Alcohol Policy: Since Vintage Venue carries the Nebraska Alcohol Permit, we cannot allow any outside drinks or alcohol into Vintage Venue. Linens: Vintage Venue staff sets up all tables and chairs and places linens on all tables. Black, White and Ivory are included in the prices, other colors are an additional fee. Guaranteed Pricing: When you sign the Vintage Venue Contract for your event, even if it’s 6-12 months away the pricing will not change.

Each package includes: Event supervisor present during your event plus 2 bartenders Head table, guest book table, gift table and cake table Stage on east wall for Head Table or Band Table linens (black or white) Set up and tear down of tables, chairs, and linens Complimentary Champagne Toast for the head table Cleaning of Vintage Venue after your event 8-foot rectangle tables or 60-inch round table setup with Black Padded Chivari Chairs.
