Pricing

Minimim price for 100 guests: $ 2,000

Site/Rental Fee: $2,000

Parking: We have street parking in front of our building and to the west and east of our building. Catering: Catering services can only be provided by the approved caterers on our list. Caterers and their servers/bussers need to stay onsite during the event. Hours: Events will have 8 hours of access to our facility. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. All events must end at midnight and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the evening. Decorations: Banners, signs, decorations, etc., are not to be taped, glued or otherwise affixed to walls, floors and/or hung from light fixtures or ceilings. No glitter or confetti are allowed in our facility. All candles must be in enclosed containers. Anything other than tabletop decorations must be approved prior to the event. Sound System: We do not have speakers or any type of sound system at our venue. Deposit: Our deposit is half of the facility fee—it is non-refundable, but is applied towards the balance. The balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
