We are a small riverfront B&B on the St Johns River with a unique intimate location that is perfect for a small yet breathtaking wedding. Our ideal clients would be hosting a 50-55 person celebration. We offer full catering and reception setup. Our venue also can accommodate up to 4 boats - so we not only say BYOB (Bring your own bride) but also Bring Your own Boat! We are a fantastic spot for small weddings (traditional and same sex) vow renewal, anniversary celebrations and other occasions. Clients are able to bring their own alcohol if they so desire. We have 3 large guest suites separate from the main house. We also have a bridal room where brides and their parties can get ready and take amazing photos in front of our large antique vanity as well as around the property without being seen by the groom if they are traditional.

Centrally located in Astor, FL - we are 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, DeLand, Orlando and Ocala/Silver Spring area. Our location affords the luxury of plenty of parking for events as well.
